We are pleased to share an update on the progress of our search for a new manager. With the application deadline now closed, the recruitment process moves into its next critical stage.

We received over 40 applications from a diverse and talented group of candidates, all bringing unique skills, experiences, and perspectives to the table. The high level of interest in the role is a testament to the strength of our organization and the exciting opportunities that lie ahead.

Over the coming days, our recruitment team will be carefully reviewing each application. This involves a detailed evaluation process to ensure that all candidates are given fair and thorough consideration. Our goal is to identify individuals whose values, leadership qualities, and vision align closely with our organization’s future direction.

Given the volume and quality of the applications, this will be an intensive week of review and deliberation. We are working diligently to ensure the selection process is both efficient and thoughtful. We expect to contact candidates selected for face-to-face interviews by Wednesday, May 21st.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who took the time to apply and express interest in becoming our next manager. We recognize the effort involved in applying for a role of this nature and truly appreciate the enthusiasm shown.

Regardless of the outcome, we wish all applicants every success in their future endeavours and hope you will continue to follow and support our organization in the months and years to come.

Thank you again for your interest and support as we take this important next step.
